So helpful and entertaining!

I am getting so much great information from this podcast, and feel I know Gene and Gil personally at this point. I am not very well traveled but wish to retire somewhere warm and close to the beach. Listening to this podcast helps me to know so much more than simply how the weather is, such as cost of living, quality of health care, safety, friendliness of neighbors, and variety of entertainment choices. You present everything so thoroughly while keeping the dialogue casual and fun, like a conversation with friends, humor very much intact.
