Many midwesterners, tired of brutal winters, dream of retiring to warmer weather. Wisconsin teachers Greg and Vikki Winkler had their eyes set on Florida. They ended up in Punta Gorda, but Punta Gorda actually picked them. The couple has since fallen in love with the city.
