Lorrie Cox

Lorrie “Josephine” Cox has lived most of her life in the Pacific Northwest. In 2004 Lorrie moved, with her husband and mother-in-law, from Battle Ground Washington to the 55+ community of Woodburn Estates and Golf in Woodburn, Oregon. Although she and her husband were under 55, they were able to move to the community because her mother-in-law would be living with them. Three years later, her husband was diagnosed with early onset dementia This put their retirement to change and necessitated Lorri coming home to care for him. He declined for 8 years post before he passed away 7 years ago. During that time, Lorrie left a State job and started her own Real Estate Agency and became the main Neighborhood Realtor. She has since closed her real estate agency and now works as a Principal Broker and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist for eXp Realty. Lorrie covers real estate in Woodburn and surrounding areas. If you want to see homes with Lauri, she will take you house hunting in a 4-person heated, purple and yellow eXp golf cart. Lorrie loves her career and being able to assist others in their new chapter of their life.
Lorrie is a former Board Member for the Woodburn Chamber of Commerce and a current Board Representative for the Woodburn Tourism Committee. Her children are scattered from Seattle to Las Vegas. In her personal time, Lorrie enjoys her grandkids and traveling.
