Bruce Joffe was born and raised in New York City. He has a doctorate in Business Communication; a masters in Education and a bachelors in Spanish. For the majority of his career Bruce worked in publishing, public relations, and he was a pastor, and of course, a university professor! He is now retired but became Publisher & Creative Director of Portugal Living Magazine. Bruce’s interests include travel, reading, socializing, entertaining, art, and flea markets.
